Cheryl Grace is the visionary Founder and CEO of Powerful Penny LLC. With global corporate experience working with Fortune 500 companies and household brands, she has coached professionals across the globe, helping them advance their careers with confidence and intention.

As a Black woman and former corporate executive who rose through the ranks as a divorced single mother, she understands that professional and personal lives are deeply intertwined. She believes success doesn’t happen by chance; it requires being intentional about creating a life you love—at work, in love, and at home. She is certified in SMART Goal Setting, Change Management and received her coaching certification from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).

Under her leadership, Powerful Penny LLC equips individuals, small businesses and corporations with strategies that empower employees to bring their full selves to work while also excelling personally. 

Executive Coach Renee Washington helps clients navigate their career paths with confidence and clarity. A former media executive with 25 years of experience, including senior leadership roles at NBCUniversal and Disney (ABC), she led large teams in content creation and distribution across linear, streaming, digital, and podcast platforms. She excels at setting ambitious yet achievable goals, developing strategies, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Specializing in coaching executives and media professionals, Renee guides clients through Imposter Syndrome, communication, and change management. Her approach creates a safe space for exploring potential without judgment while boosting self-esteem, cultivating emotional intelligence, developing leadership skills, managing stress, and setting healthy boundaries.

An ICF Associate Certified Coach trained by iPEC, Renee holds a B.A. in Telecommunications from Ball State University. Originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, she now enjoys life in Los Angeles.

 

As our Brand Manager and Client Relations Manager, Diana Pabalan plays a key role in the client experience and is often one of the first people our clients connect with. She helps ensure projects stay organized, communication flows smoothly, and every client feels supported throughout their journey with Powerful Penny.

She brings over eight years of experience supporting mission-driven teams, entrepreneurs, and creatives. She is deeply passionate about building thoughtful brands and meaningful client experiences, where clarity, consistency, and care are felt at every touchpoint.

Known for her calm, steady presence, Diana excels at bringing structure to ideas, translating vision into action, and keeping projects moving forward without losing the human side of the work. She thrives in behind-the-scenes roles that require both strategic thinking and emotional intelligence and takes pride in making complex processes feel lighter, smoother, and more sustainable for everyone involved.

Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management, majoring in Tourism, from De La Salle College of Saint Benilde, a foundation that continues to shape her people-first approach, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
